We are very pleased to announce that with Provinces new health order effective today,
dance studios can remain open and operating under continued strict conditions. Our hearts
go out to those families affected by the closures of these orders, and we wish everyone all
the best with re-opening plans.
We will be displaying our additional documents related to our COVID-19 policy on the
window at the studio tomorrow, as well as posting them on our website as soon as we can.
We have prepared all of the documents required prior to today and we are now waiting for
the Interior Health guidelines to be updated on their website.

also sanitized and all of the sanitization for the studios/washrooms/ areas is logged
in a book and initialed by the teacher. Our changerooms remain very limited in
capacity and use and are to be used only if absolutely necessary.
To be extra vigilant and to continue to comply with the updated orders, we are now
including touchless temperature checks for dancers and instructors upon entering the
studio effective November 20th, 2020. This is a quick and simple way to ensure that
we are screening as best we can, in addition to families complying with keeping anyone
unwell at home. We truly appreciate your support with this and thank you. If any child or
instructors temperature is above 38 degrees, they will be asked to go home and
monitor themselves accordingly. We thank you for your support! If you are able to kindly
wait and ensure that your child's temperature is in the normal range before they enter, that is
ideal. If not, we will contact you for pick up and your dancer will be asked to wait in a
designated room with their mask on for immediate pick up by a caregiver.
We are also asking that dancers are picked up and dropped off in a timely manner as the
door must remain locked to aid in controlling the number of occupants in the building.
Dancers are not permitted to stay at the studio unless preapproved by an instructor and
must remain masked at all times. We thank you in advance for your compliance with this!
Also, if we can kindly remind everyone to bring the minimal amount of items to the Dance
Gallery, that would be truly appreciated! Dancers do have to bring their belongings into the
studio with them, and with winter here, the bulky items are taking up a lot of floor space :)
Thank you!
We would like to thank you for your continued support and trust as we navigate our way as
safely as possible though these times. We are truly proud of each and every dancer and
their families commitment to complying with all of the health orders in order to keep us all
dancing. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Take care and stay safe!
